Why We Exist

Eating disorder recovery isn’t just about calories or numbers on a scale. It’s about learning to live in your body, rebuild trust in yourself, reconnect with other people, and reclaim your life. Even with good treatment, many of us find something is missing. This organization was created by people with eating disorders, for people with eating disorders, to bridge that gap.
