Eat Breathe Thrive & The Minded Institute

Partnership Story

Eat Breathe Thrive is proud to call The Minded Institute a partner. In 2023, we partnered with the Institute to offer our first-ever Advanced Yoga Therapy Skills for Eating Disorders course. Our Founder, Chelsea Roff, has offered many seminars, observation sessions, and talks for the Institute’s students on the topic of yoga and eating disorders.

The Minded Institute has also been a supporting organization and partner at the Yoga and Recovery Symposium: Healing Addiction and Eating Disorders. In 2021, Chelsea Roff and Heather Mason worked together to produce the Wellness After Covid Symposium, which was keynoted by His Royal Highness King Charles.
