Efficacy of the Eat Breathe Thrive Recovery Protocol in Eating Disorders | Research Talk and Q&A

Monday, December 16th 2024 | 12:30PM - 1:30 PM EST / 5:30PM - 6:30PM GMT

Join us for an interactive webinar featuring Dr. Catherine Cook Cottone and Chelsea Roff as they discuss their latest publication, Efficacy of the Eat Breathe Thrive Recovery Protocol Delivered Virtually to Adults Recovering from Eating Disorders: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

This session will delve into the findings of their recent research, 277 participants from 27 countries—a scale and geographical diversity rarely seen in eating disorder research. While we didn’t set out to focus on “severe and enduring” eating disorders, 70% of participants had been struggling with their eating disorders for more than a decade. 64% had previously attempted therapy, and 22% had undergone inpatient treatment but had not yet achieved recovery.

The webinar will include a short talk followed by an interactive Q&A session, providing an opportunity for you to engage with the authors and the wider community about this critical topic.
