About the workshop
Over the last several decades, science has shed new light on how yoga and meditation affect wellbeing. Many of the most important insights have yet to trickle into mainstream understanding — if you’re interested in why yoga makes you feel so good, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, you’ll learn about how the activity of the vagus nerve underpins our emotional life and ability to respond to stress with resilience. We’ll delve into the powerful effect yoga practices have on the vagus nerve and autonomic nervous system. You’ll come away with insight, understanding, and simple yoga practices to support self-regulation and emotional resilience.
